Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Business Development Executive specializing in the Malayali EdTech market. The primary responsibilities include driving new business growth, identifying potential leads, and building relationships with clients. Additional tasks will involve developing and managing accounts, ensuring client satisfaction, and collaborating with internal teams to meet business objectives. The role also demands strategizing to expand market presence and achieve revenue targets within the designated region.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in New Business Development and Lead Generation
- Strong abilities in Business strategies and Account Management
- Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in Malayalam and proficiency in English; familiarity with the Malayali market is a strong advantage
- Demonstrated ability to meet targets and manage multiple accounts effectively
- Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and organizational skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in the EdTech or education industry is a plus
