Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Executive role based in Mumbai. The Business Development Executive will identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and nurture relationships with consultants, freelancers, and client organizations, and support the expansion of marketplace. Day-to-day responsibilities include prospecting and lead generation, conducting outreach through calls, emails, and meetings, and presenting platform capabilities to potential partners and clients. The role involves managing key accounts, tracking performance metrics, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing collaboration. The Business Development Executive will also gather market insights, provide feedback to improve services, and contribute to revenue growth targets.
