Job Description

Department: Sales & Business Development

Location: Saket, New Delhi (On-site)

Employment Type: Full-time

Experience Required: 1–4 Years (Agency experience mandatory)

1. Role Overview

We are looking for a result-oriented Business Development Executive to generate new business opportunities and drive client acquisition for our digital marketing services.

The role focuses specifically on selling:

Social Media Management Services

Paid Advertising Services (Meta Ads / Google Ads)

Content Shoot & Creative Production Services

The ideal candidate should have strong communication, relationship-building, and consultative sales skills with the ability to understand client business requirements and recommend suitable marketing solutions.

2. Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Lead Generation

Identify and generate new business opportunities through calls, networking, referrals, and outreach

Connect with business owners, founders, and decision-makers

Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline

Conduct discovery calls and understand client requirements

Service Pitching & Sales

Present and explain the company's digital marketing services including:

Social Media Management

Paid Advertising Services

Professional Content Shoot Services

Create customized proposals and pricing plans based on client requirements

Conduct online or offline meetings and sales presentations

Handle objections and negotiate commercial terms

Close deals and ensure smooth onboarding of clients

Client Relationship Management

Maintain strong relationships with prospects and existing clients

Coordinate with internal teams for service execution and onboarding

Ensure timely follow-up and communication with clients

Sales Reporting & Performance Tracking

Update CRM and sales reports regularly

Track lead status, follow-ups, and conversions

Achieve monthly revenue and closure targets
