Business Development Executive

We are looking for a full-time Business Development Executive to join our team in an on-site role based in Dwarka. This role involves driving lead generation, managing accounts, building strong business relationships, and developing new opportunities for growth. The ideal candidate will conduct research, identify potential clients, and work towards driving sales while collaborating effectively with team members to meet business goals. This position requires working during night shifts to cater to global clients.

• Proven experience in New Business Development and Lead Generation
• Strong understanding of Business and Account Management practices
• Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to build and sustain client relationships
• Proficiency in managing targets and achieving sales objectives
• Experience in the consulting or freelancing industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Ability to adapt to night shifts and work in a fast-paced environment
