Job Description

GetOnCRM Solutions seeks motivated, experienced business development executives who will

play a pivotal role in driving our growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities. You

will be responsible for developing and nurturing relationships with prospective clients, understanding

their IT needs, and positioning our services as the solution of choice. This role offers an exciting

opportunity to collaborate with our technical teams to create tailored IT solutions that meet client

requirements. The candidate should be a successful hunter, a self-starter, an excellent spokesperson

and an effective coordinator.

Eligibility

  • Graduation in Computers/IT + MBA (Marketing) / MMM.
  • Exposure of working with US, European or Middle East Customers.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Have experience using CRM for inside sales operations/activities.
  • Good to have Prior experience selling Product Engineering Services, Independent Testing

Services, Salesforce CRM Implementation Services, Data Engineering Services.

Responsibilities

  • Prospecting and Lead Generation (via cold calling, emailing, networking and industry events)

and build meaningful relationships with the decision-makers.

  • Identifying opportunities for new business development through following up with leads and

conducting research on target customers.

  • Conduct discussions with the prospects to assess their IT needs, pain points and goals as a

process to qualify the opportunities.

  • Maintain professional sales practices of lead generation, cold-calling, customer account

planning and management and record keeping, to identify and nurture sales opportunities.

  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to position

our company as a thought leader in IT services.

  • Reporting Lead funnel, warm leads, calls and emails reports, etc.
  • Adhere to all current sales methodologies and processes.
  • Leverage modern tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM, database engines and other sales

and marketing tools for better output.
