Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ernakulam for a Business Development Executive. The selected candidate will actively participate in lead generation, develop new business opportunities, manage client accounts, and maintain strong communication with stakeholders. Responsibilities include identifying business growth areas, building customer relationships, negotiating contracts, and contributing to meeting organizational revenue goals. Collaboration with internal teams and understanding clients specific requirements to provide tailored solutions will also be part of this role.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in New Business Development and Lead Generation
- Strong skills in Account Management and maintaining client relationships
- Excellent Communication and interpersonal abilities
- Understanding of business operations and market trends
- Ability to work in a collaborative and on-site team environment
- Previous experience in industrial or engineering sectors is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field preferred
