Key Responsibilities:
- Support business development initiatives and operational activities.
- Create and maintain prospect databases, identify target segments, and plan outreach campaigns.
- Collaborate with the Tech Solutions team to align proposals with client requirements
- Prepare proposals, assist with negotiations, and support contract finalization and bidding processes.
- Coordinate invoice scheduling, payment collection, and delivery tracking with internal teams.
- Manage and update Zoho CRM to ensure accurate records of leads, opportunities, and client interactions.
- Build and nurture strong client relationships, ensuring excellent communication and follow-up.
Requirements:
- MBA graduate from a recognized institution.
- 0-1 years of relevant experience (freshers with strong potential may also apply).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A person with strong relationship-building skills.
- Eager to learn, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of negotiations would be an advantage.
