Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and manage the IT and Telecom procurement categories, including but not limited to:

IT hardware (Servers, Storages, AV/VC, Laptops, etc.)

Telecom

IT services

Mobility services

  • Develop and execute category strategies aligned with business objectives and budget targets.
  • Sourcing and contracting.
  • Lead end-to-end sourcing activities: RFQ/RFP, supplier evaluation, negotiations, and contract finalization.
  • Negotiate commercially robust contracts with favorable pricing, service levels, and risk mitigation clauses.
  • Ensure contracts comply with company policies, legal requirements, and governance standards.
  • Supplier and stakeholder management. Build and manage strategic supplier relationships to ensure service continuity and performance excellence.
  • Monitor supplier performance through KPIs and SLAs, addressing gaps and driving continuous improvement.
  • Act as a trusted procurement partner to internal stakeholders.
  • Cost Optimization and risk management.
  • Identify and deliver cost savings, cost avoidance, and value creation initiatives.
  • Monitor market trends, benchmarking, and cost drivers in IT and Telecom services.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate commercial, operational, and compliance risks.

Process and Governance


  • Ensure adherence to procurement policies, approval matrices, and audit requirements.
  • Improve procurement processes, documentation, and reporting for the assigned categories.
  • Support digital procurement tools and data-driven decision-making.
