Business Development Executive – Futurios Technologies

Job Type: Full-Time (Hybrid)

Base Location: Bhubaneswar

Preferred Work Locations: Bhubaneswar, Cuttack, Puri, Rourkela

Experience Required: Minimum 1 Year

Qualification: Graduation / Master's Degree (Preferred in IT, Marketing, Business, or Digital Marketing)

Travel Requirement: 70% Field Visits

Vehicle Requirement: Must have own vehicle

Languages Required: Odia, English, Hindi

Role Overview

We are looking for a smart, confident, and result-driven Business Development Executive who can represent the company in the market, generate new business opportunities, and drive revenue growth.

This role requires someone who can truly be the face of the company—meeting clients, building trust, creating proposals, closing deals, collecting payments, and maintaining strong long-term relationships.

We are looking for someone with an entrepreneurial mindset who can take ownership, lead their territory like a business unit, and contribute to the long-term growth of the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new business leads and opportunities
  • Visit clients and conduct face-to-face meetings
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Understand client requirements and suggest suitable services
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and business presentations
  • Follow up on leads and convert them into sales
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project execution
  • Ensure timely payment collection from clients
  • Maintain sales reports and CRM records
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets
  • Lead assigned territory and drive business growth
  • Represent the organization professionally in the market
  • Participate in business events, networking meets, expos, and industry gatherings
  • Build strong connections with local business communities and professional networks
  • Create strategic partnerships and referral channels
  • Actively contribute to brand visibility and company reputation

Required Skills

  • Good understanding of Digital Marketing, SEO, Branding, and IT Services
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Confidence in client handling and presentations
  • Basic knowledge of CRM tools and proposal creation

Preferred Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 1 year experience in Business Development / Sales / Marketing
  • Experience in agency, IT services, digital marketing, branding, or consulting industry preferred
  • Must be comfortable with field sales and regular travel
  • Should have strong local market understanding
  • Must be professional, presentable, and proactive
  • Someone who enjoys meeting people, building trust, and creating business opportunities
