Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation

  • Proactively identify and qualify potential customers through various channels, including inbound/outbound calls, email campaigns, and social media outreach.
  • Research and analyze market data to identify new business opportunities.
  • Conduct needs assessments and understand customer requirements.
  • Sales & Account Management:
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from lead qualification to closing deals.
  • Present product/service offerings effectively to potential clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals that meet revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Provide excellent customer service and address client inquiries promptly.
  • Sales Reporting & Analysis:
  • Track and report on sales activities, key performance indicators (KPIs), and progress towards sales goals.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and presentations for management.
