Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad for a Business Development Executive.

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive with prior experience in the Background Verification (BGV) or HRMS product-related industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth in the B2B segment. Key responsibilities include:

1) Lead generation and cold calling, be able to create new business opportunities through various channels

2) Schedule and conduct meetings, presentations, and demonstrations to showcase our expertise and capabilities.

3) Pitch BGV solutions, explain service offerings, and customize solutions based on client requirements

4) Manage the complete sales cycle: lead generation, prospecting, meetings, negotiations, and closure

5) Maintain and nurture relationships with both new and existing clients to foster future opportunities

6) Need to have an enthusiastic approach and work collaboratively with the management team

7) Coordinate with the internal team to review specifications and identify new prospects for business development

Eligibility criteria:

1) 1–3 years of proven experience in B2B sales (mandatory in BGV or HRMS product-related industry)

2) Strong understanding of background verification processes or HR technology solutions

3) Excellent communication, negotiation, and proven experience in the lead generation process
