The First 90 Days: Your Launchpad

  • Day 0–30 (Pipeline Ignition): Understand our services & business model. Identify potential leads and secure meetings with qualified prospects while mastering our service DNA.
  • Day 31–60 (Deal Crafting): Deliver tailored proposals that will close deals to establish your foundation.
  • Day 61–90 (Growth Momentum): Finalize a repeatable, rinse-and-repeat sales process and begin pursuing long-term strategic partnerships.
