Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Executive based in Hyderabad. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, maintaining and growing client relationships, and developing strategies to increase revenue. Responsibilities include managing accounts, building a client pipeline, participating in client presentations and meetings, and working collaboratively with internal teams to achieve business goals. The role also involves tracking market trends and recommending improvements to stay competitive.

Qualifications
  • Proven skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation
  • Proficiency in Account Management and maintaining strong client relationships
  • Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills
  • Understanding of business operations and strategic planning
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets
  • Experience in the healthcare sector or diagnostics industry is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is required
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
