The candidate will engage decision-makers acrossmid-sized companies, startups, and enterprise organizationsto introduceIT services, digital solutions, and product-led offerings.
Key Responsibilities
- Driveoutbound prospectingvia phone, email, and LinkedIn (primarily US market)
- Generatequalified meetings for the sales teamby engaging CXOs, technology leaders, and operational stakeholders
- PositionIT services, solutions, and product offeringsbased on prospect business needs
- Researchtarget accountsand tailor messaging based on industry, company size, and buyer persona
- Adapt outreach strategies based onICP (Ideal Customer Profile)such as BFSI, Logistics, SaaS, startups, and mid-market companies
- Qualify leads based onbusiness problems and solution alignment
- Maintain activity tracking and lead data inCRM systems
- Provide feedback to sales leadership onmarket response and messaging effectiveness
- Collaborate with sales leadership to refinetargeting and outreach campaigns
- Track outreach performance and improve messaging using response patterns and conversations with prospects
Required Skills & Experience
- 46 years experiencein Inside Sales / SDR / Lead Generation inIT services or software companies
- Experience engagingUS clients through outbound calling and digital outreach
- Understanding oftechnology services and digital transformation solutions
- Ability to research industries and tailor outreach strategies
- Experience working withmid-sized companies, startups, or enterprise customers
- Experience withLinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools, and outreach automation tools
- Ability to translatetechnical capabilities into business value
- Strong communication skills suitable forUS stakeholders
