Primary work:
- Working with Architects, Interior Designers and Electrical Contractors to generate leads, build a pipeline and convert opportunities to Sales.
- Working with clients who will purchase our products for residential, hospitality and commercial applications.
- Working with Franchise Partners to help them grow their business. Training them, visiting them - travel, and helping them close orders.
Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bangalore for a Business Development Executive. The individual will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, generating leads, managing client accounts, and maintaining relationships. Additional responsibilities include meeting sales targets, preparing and delivering client presentations, and collaborating with internal teams to devise effective strategies to drive revenue growth. The role requires proactive communication and a keen understanding of market trends in luxury and designer products.
Qualifications
- New Business Development and Lead Generation
- Strong skills in Account Management and maintaining lasting client relationships
- Excellent Communication skills and a client-focused approach
- Knowledge of business and sales strategies in the luxury or designer product market
- Previous experience in the luxury, interior design, or commercial sales industry is an advantage
- Previous experience with Architects, Interior Designer and Electrical Contractors is a bonus!
- Working and training franchise partners.
- Any other activity that would help grow the business.
Compensation:
- Fixed: Between 30,000 and 40,000 per month. So 3,60,000 and 4,80,000 pa, depending on your experience, value and existing network of the design community.
- Variable: will be added as a function of sales targets, after initial review period of 3 months.
