Business Development Executive

This is a full-time, on-site position in Vishakhapatnam for a Business Development Executive. In this role, the individual will be responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities, creating strategies for lead generation, and developing client relationships. The role includes managing client accounts, following up on leads, conducting market research to identify new prospects, and delivering reports on sales initiatives. Collaboration with internal teams to create tailored solutions for clients will be a key aspect of the role.

• Proven experience in New Business Development, Lead Generation, and growing client portfolios
• Strong understanding of Business and Account Management principles
• Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in CRM tools and sales reporting is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
