Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Sales Associate role located in Coimbatore. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for engaging with prospective students and parents to provide tailored guidance on our test preparation and study abroad programs. Your daily responsibilities will include managing leads, conducting consultation sessions, supporting clients through enrollment processes, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. Additionally, you will collaborate with the marketing team to strategize and execute outreach initiatives to drive student engagement and enrollment.

Qualifications

• Strong sales and negotiation skills with the ability to achieve and exceed targets
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused approach
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools to track and manage leads
• Basic knowledge of education and study abroad programs; familiarity with international study destinations is a bonus
• Time management and organizational skills to handle multiple client interactions daily
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to new challenges efficiently
• Bachelor's degree in any field; experience in customer relations or sales is an advantage
• Passion for education and helping students achieve their academic and professional goals
