About the Role
We are seeking a highly driven and enthusiasticBusiness Development Executiveto drive client acquisition and contribute to our business expansion. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong communication skills who can identify opportunities and close deals effectively. While this role is open to freshers, candidates withEdTech experiencewill be given preference.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Acquisition:Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities to achieve individual sales targets.
- Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients/students to ensure high retention and satisfaction.
- Market Expansion:Execute strategies to expand the customer base and increase market presence.
- Analysis:Conduct basic market research and competitor analysis to identify potential growth areas.
- Sales Execution:Lead sales presentations/demos, handle negotiations, and ensure smooth deal closures.
- Reporting:Prepare and present weekly/monthly performance reports to the management team.
- Collaboration:Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Skills & Experience Required
- Experience:1 3 years of experience in digital marketing business development or sales.(Freshers with a strong sales aptitude are welcome).
- Industry Preference:Prior experience or internship in the Digital Marketing EdTech sectoris a distinct advantage.
- Core Skills:Strong negotiation, verbal communication, and presentation skills.
- Client Focus:Ability to understand client needs and propose effective educational solutions.
- Resilience:Ability to handle pressure, multitask, and work independently in a target-based environment.
