Business Development Executive

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Executive based in Puducherry. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, generating and nurturing leads, managing client accounts, and building strong client relationships. Day-to-day tasks may include creating strategies for business growth, pitching to potential clients, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet revenue goals.

• Proficiency in New Business Development and Lead Generation to drive business growth
• Strong skills in Business and Account Management for maintaining and expanding client relationships
• Exceptional Communication skills for effective client engagement and collaboration
• Strategic thinking with the ability to identify opportunities and convert them into long-term partnerships
• Self-motivated and results-oriented with the ability to work effectively in an on-site environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Prior experience in a business development or similar role is an advantage
