Business Development Executive(Executive Education)

The ICFAI Foundation for Higher Education (IFHE), a part of the pan-IndiaICFAI Group,is looking for energetic professionals to promote itsExecutive MBA & Online Management Programs.

Key Responsibilities:

Engage with working professionals and prospective students to counsel them on the program benefits.

Conduct presentations and set up information desks at corporates, business hubs, and high footfall places for lead generation.

Guide prospects through the counselling and enrolment process to ensure conversions.

Support business development initiatives to expand program reach.

Qualifications:

Graduate in any discipline.

Strong local market knowledge.

Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi & Vernacular.

Internet savvy.

Experience :

Minimum 2 yearsin Sales, Marketing, or Business Development.

Preferred industry exposure: Candidates with experience in Education & EdTech, Telecom, Banking, Financial Services, Insurance, and Services industry will be preferred.

• Experience in executive education, corporate training, or professional services marketingwill be considered a strong advantage.

Location: Hyderabad

Compensation Details

Salary Range:Rs 30,000 Rs 35,000 per month, commensurate with the candidate's experience and current/previous compensation.

Allowances:Reimbursement of Local conveyance expenses as per policy.

Performance Incentives:Additional incentives may be offered based on achievement of enrolment targets.
