Key Responsibilities:
Promote executive education programs to working professionals and prospective students.
Conduct presentations, information desks, and corporate outreach for lead generation.
Guiding prospects through the counselling and admission process, ensuring a seamless experience from enquiry to enrolment.
Building strong corporate relationships to position the programs as a preferred choice for executive learning.
Leading and managing a sales team, driving performance, and ensuring achievement of enrolment targets.
Developing innovative marketing strategies to expand outreach and strengthen brand presence in the executive education market.
Qualifications & Skills:
Postgraduate degree in Management or any other discipline.
Strong local market knowledge and networking ability.
Proven leadership and team management skills.
Tech-savvy with excellent communication and presentation skills.
Experience :
Minimum 5 yearsin Sales, Marketing, or Business Development, with a strong track record of achieving and exceeding targets.
Preferred industry exposure: Candidates with experience in Education & EdTech, Telecom, Banking, Financial Services, Insurance, and Services industry will be preferred.
Experience in executive education, corporate training, or professional services marketingwill be considered a strong advantage.
Ability to manage teams and drive business growth in competitive markets.

Compensation Details
Salary Range:Rs 40,000 Rs 50,000 per month, commensurate with the candidate's experience and current/previous compensation.
Allowances:Reimbursement of Local conveyance expenses as per policy.
Performance Incentives:Additional incentives may be offered based on achievement of enrolment targets.
