About the Role:
Event Planet is looking for a dynamic and result-driven Sales Executive who can drive client acquisition, manage vendor coordination, and ensure seamless client experience. The ideal candidate should have strong sales skills with prior experience in insurance or service-based industries.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:
Sales and Client Conversion:
• Handle inbound and outbound sales leads and convert them into confirmed clients
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable event solutions
• Conduct regular follow-ups, negotiations, and close deals within defined timelines
• Meet and exceed monthly sales and conversion targets
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and manage pricing discussions
Vendor Management:
• Coordinate with vendors including venues, decorators, caterers, photographers, and other partners
• Negotiate pricing and commercial terms to ensure profitability and client satisfaction
• Maintain strong vendor relationships and regularly update vendor records
• Act as a bridge between clients and vendors to ensure smooth coordination
Client Relationship Management:
• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients
• Ensure smooth communication from initial inquiry to deal closure
• Address client concerns in a proactive and professional manner
• Build long-term relationships to generate repeat business and referrals
Internal Coordination and Reporting:
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project handover and execution
• Maintain accurate records of leads, conversions, and follow-ups
• Share regular sales performance and pipeline reports with management
• Follow company SOPs, CRM processes, and reporting structures
