Job Description

Business Development Executive – Medical Equipment Sales

Location: Vadodara, Gujarat

Experience: 1–5 Years

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities with hospitals, clinics, diagnostic centers, and healthcare institutions.
  • Promote and sell medical equipment through client meetings, product presentations, and demonstrations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, procurement teams, and key decision-makers.
  • Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and convert leads into successful business opportunities.
  • Achieve sales targets while monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.

Required Skills:

  • Strong sales, negotiation, and business development skills.
  • Excellent communication and relationship management abilities.
  • Experience in B2B sales, preferably in medical devices, healthcare, or pharmaceutical sectors.
  • Ability to conduct product demonstrations and client presentations.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.

Qualification:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, Pharmacy, or a related field.
  • 1–5 years of experience in medical equipment, healthcare, pharmaceutical, or B2B sales.
