Role Overview -
We are seeking a Business Development Executive who can identify new business opportunities, onboard clients, and manage ongoing client relationships. This role requires strong communication, coordination, and the ability to convert prospects into long-term clients.
Location: On-site Hyderabad
Experience: 0-2 years
Key Responsibilities -
- Identify and onboard dermatologists and skin clinics as clients
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients
- Understand client requirements related to product development and manufacturing
- Coordinate with production, R&D, regulatory, and operations teams for smooth execution
- Present Esthetic Insights capabilities to potential clients through meetings and presentations
- Negotiate commercial terms and close business deals
- Track leads, follow-ups, and conversions
- Ensure client satisfaction and repeat business
- Travel across India for client meetings and business requirements
- Travel extensively across India for client meetings, onboarding, and business requirements
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in Business Development, Sales, or Client Relationship roles
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities
- Self-driven, proactive, and result-oriented
- BBA / MBA or any marketing-related specialization preferred
