Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth through strategic planning and effective communication.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through various channels (calls, emails, networking, LinkedIn, Upwork, Freelancer, etc.).
Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients to ensure long-term partnerships.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential clients.
Prepare and deliver effective presentations, proposals, and business pitches.
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, project, and operations) to ensure client requirements are met.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and revenue targets.
Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and client communications in CRM systems.
Participate in client meetings, negotiations, and follow-ups to close deals successfully.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of proven experience in business development or sales (preferably in the IT / Digital / Service industry).
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to develop and maintain professional relationships with clients.
Goal-oriented with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
