Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Growth Executive to expand our client base and drive revenue growth in the staffing and workforce solutions domain. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business development, client relationship management, and a strong understanding of the staffing/recruitment industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities in the staffing and recruitment domain.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships with decision-makers (HR Heads, Hiring Managers, Procurement Leaders).
- Experience in IT sales
- Generate leads through networking, cold calling, referrals, and market research.
- Develop tailored proposals, presentations, and staffing solutions to address client needs.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service level agreements (SLAs) with clients.
- Collaborate with internal recruitment and delivery teams to ensure successful fulfillment of client requirements.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify growth opportunities.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline and reporting in CRM tools.

Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, HR, or related field (MBA
- preferred).
- 2-3 years of experience in business development/sales, preferably in the staffing or HR services industry, experience in IT sales, with at least 1 year focused on Staff Augmentation, Managed Services, or IPA.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing accounts.
