About the Role
We are seeking an energetic and customer-focused Inside Sales Executiveto drive lead generation and pipeline development for emSigner, eMudhra's flagship digital signing and workflow automation platform. The role involves engaging prospects across industries, understanding their document management challenges, and creating qualified opportunities for the field sales team.
You will be the first line of engagementfor clients exploring digital transformation and paperless initiatives playing a key role in expanding emSigner's footprint across the SME, enterprise, and government sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively generate and qualify leads through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn engagement, and marketing campaigns.
- Understand client needs around digital signing, document workflows, and compliance, and present the value of emSigner.
- Nurture and hand over qualified leads to the field sales / business development teamfor further engagement.
- Collaborate with marketing to execute webinars, campaigns, and partner programsto boost lead inflow.
- Maintain accurate lead and activity data in CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce).
- Schedule product demos, coordinate with pre-sales, and ensure seamless handoff to account executives.
- Track and report weekly lead conversion metrics and campaign outcomes.
- Stay updated on digital transformation, paperless office trends, and competing workflow automation tools.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degreein Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- 13 years of experiencein Inside Sales / Business Development in SaaS, IT, or enterprise software domains.
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage decision-makers at all levels.
- Familiarity with digital signature, workflow automation, or document management solutions preferred.
- Experience using CRM toolsand digital lead generation platforms.
- Target-driven and comfortable in a fast-paced, performance-oriented environment.
Preferred Attributes
- Prior experience in selling SaaS or enterprise tech solutionsto SMB or mid-market clients.
- Understanding of compliance and eSign laws (like IT Act, Aadhaar eSign, DSCs)will be an added advantage.
- Strong curiosity about digital transformation, cybersecurity, and workflow digitization trends.
