About the Role :

Business Development Executive (0-2 Years Experience)

Join our dynamic EdTech team and kickstart your career in sales! We're seeking a motivated Business Development Executive with 0-2 years of experience to drive growth and connect learners with transformative education.

Role: Business Development Executive

Experience: 0-2 years preferred

Location: Bangalore

Employment Type: Full-time

Market Focus: US Market

Shift: US Shift (Night Shift IST)

Immediate joiners are preferred.

What You'll Do:

  • Generate high-quality leads through calls, emails, and networking.
  • Engage potential clients, understand their needs, and close deals.
  • Collaborate with our sales and marketing teams to hit targets.
  • Track performance and contribute ideas to scale our impact.

What We're Looking For:

  • Strong communication skills and a client-focused mindset.
  • Passion for sales and EdTech.
  • Eagerness to learn in a fast-paced, supportive environment.
  • Basic knowledge of CRM tools is a plus (training provided).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Learn to prospect via calls, emails, networking, and research to build your lead pipeline (with full training provided).
  • Support the sales process by preparing pitches, engaging clients, and assisting with deal closures.
  • Work toward monthly/quarterly targets with guidance from experienced mentors.
  • Build positive relationships with clients and partners through consistent follow-up.
  • Team up with sales, marketing, and internal groups to contribute to smooth operations.
  • Track your progress, learn from data, and suggest ideas to grow our impact.
  • Develop basic sales strategies with team support to help drive business growth.

Required Skills:

  • 0-2 years of experience in Business Development/Sales
  • Ability to generate leads and convert them into customers
  • Strong communication skills
  • Self-motivated, confident, and result-oriented
  • Good presentation and interpersonal skills
