Job description:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive with 3+ years of experience in end-to-end sales. The candidate should have hands-on experience handling the complete sales cycle in Domestic or International markets, from lead generation to deal closure and post-sales follow-up.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle: prospecting, qualifying leads, pitching, negotiation, and closing deals.
  • Conduct client meetings (virtual/physical) to understand requirements and present company services.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and sales presentations.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Marketing, Operations, Delivery) to ensure smooth onboarding.
  • Maintain long-term relationships with clients and ensure repeat business.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate sales records in CRM.
  • Handle both Domestic and International clients (if applicable).
  • Follow up on leads and maintain a strong sales pipeline.

Required Skills:

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Experience in handling end-to-end sales process.
  • Exposure to Domestic or International market sales.
  • Good understanding of B2B/B2C sales strategies.
  • Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
