Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly motivated Business Development Executive to drive the Business Development of our University / Colleges / SchoolERP Software. The ideal candidate will have experience in EdTech Business Development, SaaS solutions, or ERP software Business Development, with a strong ability to engage educational institutions and demonstrate how our software can streamline their operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate leads by reaching out to University / Colleges / School and other educational institutions.
- Present and demonstrate the ERP software to decision-makers such as school principals, administrators, and IT heads.
- Understand customer needs and recommend tailored ERP solutions to enhance institutional efficiency.
- Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Negotiate contracts, close deals, and meet/exceed Business Development targets within assigned territories.
- Collaborate with the technical team to ensure smooth implementation and onboarding of new clients.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to identify new business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of Business Developmentactivities, customer interactions, and pipeline progress in the CRM system.
- Provide post-Business Development support by addressing client queries and coordinating with the support team when necessary.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field (preferred).
- Experience in ERP software Business Development, SaaS Business Development, or EdTech solutions would be an added advantage.
- Good understanding of educational institution operations and challenges.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships with University / Colleges / School administrators.
- Knowledge of CRM software and Business Development tracking tools.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
- Willingness to travel to University / Colleges / Schoolas needed acrossIndia.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in selling University / Colleges / School ERP or LMS or CRM platforms.
- Understanding of admission, fee management, attendance tracking, and learning management systems.
- Familiarity with digital marketing, lead generation, and cold calling techniques.
