We are looking for a Business Development Executive who will play a key role in driving business growth through lead generation and client engagement. This is a full-time, remote role that offers flexibility while being part of a dynamic, impact-driven team.
Your primary responsibility will be to connect with potential clients, foster strong relationships, and support them in discovering how our programs and services can benefit their careers and businesses.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to generate leads and secure new business
- Build and manage a pipeline of potential clients through effective follow-ups and relationship management
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation strategies and campaigns
- Provide detailed information about courses and services to potential clients
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions and sales activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- Prior experience in sales, preferably across the full sales cycle including deal closing
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
- Experience with CRM tools is a plus
- Background in the education or healthcare industry will be an added advantage.
