Primary Job Title: Business Development Executive - EdTech
About The Opportunity
A growing organisation in the Education Technology and international education consulting sector, delivering digital learning solutions, student recruitment services, and training programs for domestic and overseas markets. We partner with universities, schools, and training providers to drive enrollments and scale learning outcomes across India.
Role & Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify inbound and outbound leads across target segments (schools, colleges, universities, coaching centres, and corporate L&D buyers).
- Manage end-to-end sales cycles: prospecting, needs discovery, solution demos, proposal creation, and deal closure for B2B and B2C opportunities.
- Maintain and update CRM records, sales pipelines, and activity reports to ensure accurate forecasting and follow-up cadence.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations to run targeted campaigns, demo sessions, and enrollment drives; convert campaign leads into paying customers.
- Negotiate commercial terms, prepare client contracts, and coordinate onboarding with delivery teams to ensure successful program launches.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets while continuously improving outreach scripts and closing strategies based on performance data.

- Fluent in English; willingness to work on-site and travel within assigned territories across India.
