We serve both individual and corporate clients, ensuring that their documentation needs are met with efficiency and reliability. As we expand our focus on the B2B segment, we are looking for a driven Business Development Executive to help us grow our corporate client base.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and strategic Business Development Executive to spearhead our B2B sales efforts. This role involves identifying potential corporate clients, understanding their documentation requirements, and closing deals to provide them with eDrafter.in's stamp paper and documentation solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales and a passion for building lasting business relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Research & Lead Generation: Conduct thorough market research to identify potential corporate clients across various industries. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of leads.

  • Client Outreach & Engagement: Reach out to potential clients through various channels (cold calls, emails, networking events) and present eDrafter.in's solutions tailored to their specific needs.

  • Sales Presentations: Develop and deliver compelling presentations and proposals that highlight the benefits of partnering with eDrafter.in for their Stamp paper and Documentation needs.

  • Negotiation & Deal Closure: Lead negotiations with prospective clients to close deals, ensuring mutually beneficial terms. Handle contract signing and ensure a smooth onboarding process.

  • Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients. Act as the primary point of contact, addressing any concerns and ensuring high client satisfaction.

  • Strategic Partnerships: Identify opportunities for strategic partnerships that could expand our reach in the B2B market. Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement partnership strategies.

  • Performance Tracking & Reporting: Track and report on sales activities, conversion rates, and performance against targets. Use insights to refine sales strategies and achieve business objectives.

  • Feedback & Improvement: Gather feedback from clients to understand their evolving needs and work with the Marketing team to enhance our service offerings accordingly.

Qualifications:

Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in business development, sales, or a related field, preferably within the Legal, Documentation, or Corporate services sectors.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline. Equivalent work experience will be considered.

Skills:

Strong business acumen with a proven track record in B2B sales.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Ability to build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers.

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Proficient in using CRM tools, sales analytics, and MS Office.
