Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Kolkata. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities, developing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Key responsibilities include managing client accounts, liaising with business partners, creating sales strategies, and maintaining communication with existing and potential clients to drive growth.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in New Business Development, Lead Generation, and identifying growth opportunities.
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in sales, business development, or a related role required.
  • Proficiency in business strategy creation and implementation, with a solid understanding of market trends and competitive analysis.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to engage effectively with potential clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
  • Proven experience in Account Management, building and maintaining long-term relationships with customers and business partners.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented, with a consistent focus on achieving and exceeding sales goals.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team as well as independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
