Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive based in Ahmedabad. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, managing lead generation activities, and nurturing relationships with both existing and potential clients. The individual will play an essential role in fostering growth by managing client accounts and driving strategic business initiatives.

Duties and responsibilities

• Support sales team by converting qualified leads into clients
• Communicate with potential clients through digital platforms and follow up regularly
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and service delivery
• Handle client queries and maintain good relationships
• Update CRM and follow sales processes
• Meet monthly targets for conversions and enrollments

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business, Law, or related field (MBA is a plus)
• 13 years of experience in sales, business development, or client handling
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle objections and close deals
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools is preferred
