Key Responsibilities:

  • Create short, engaging content (photos, reels, stories) inside the store.
  • Promote new arrivals, offers, and customer testimonials on social media.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team for branding guidelines.
  • Maintain proper records of walk-in enquiries and leads.
  • Follow up with customers through calls, WhatsApp, and social platforms.
  • Close leads effectively and ensure customer satisfaction post-sale.
  • Provide a pleasant and impressive buying experience.
  • Build long-term relationships with customers, architects, and contractors.
  • Handle objections professionally and close deals confidently.
