Job Summary

The Business Development Executive is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth. The role involves developing and executing business development strategies, conducting market research, and collaborating with internal teams to achieve organizational sales and growth objectives.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation activities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
  • Generate qualified leads and convert them into long-term business partnerships.
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and industry trend assessments.
  • Develop and implement business development and sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and commercial discussions to prospective clients.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.
  • Manage the sales pipeline and maintain accurate records of business development activities.
  • Negotiate commercial terms and close business deals.
  • Monitor customer requirements and provide appropriate business solutions.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets, revenue goals, and key performance indicators.
  • Participate in business networking events, meetings, and industry forums to expand market reach.

Mandatory Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • Minimum 0 to 8 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Marketing, or related functions.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proven experience in lead generation and client acquisition.
  • Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
  • Experience in managing client relationships and business partnerships.
  • Knowledge of B2B sales and corporate relationship management is preferred.
