Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Executive based in Bhubaneswar. The role involves driving new business development and managing lead generation strategies to expand the company's client base. Key responsibilities include building strong relationships with clients, identifying market opportunities, creating pitches, and working collaboratively with internal teams to meet business goals. The role also entails account management to ensure client satisfaction and business growth.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in New Business Development and Lead Generation to identify and secure new opportunities.
- Strong skills in Business strategies and relationship management to effectively engage with clients and deliver results.
- Effective Communication skills to present ideas, pitch solutions, and maintain clear client interactions.
- Experience in Account Management to maintain robust client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Adaptability, problem-solving skills, and ability to work independently or collaboratively as required.
- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in sales or business development, especially in digital marketing or design services, is an advantage.
