Responsibilities
Lead Generation
- Conduct research to identify potential customers and relevant industries for company products/services.
- Use multiple outreach channels such as social media, email campaigns, cold calling, etc., to generate new leads.
Prospect Qualification
- Engage with leads to understand their requirements and determine qualification level.
- Collect and maintain additional information needed for effective lead qualification.
Sales Outreach
- Conduct outbound calls, emails, and other communication methods to initiate conversations with potential clients.
- Clearly communicate the value proposition of the company's products/services and create interest for further discussions.
- Create and send proposals based on discussions with prospective clients.
- Coordinate with the Accounts team for invoice creation and ensure it is shared with clients on time.
- Follow up to ensure payments are received within the defined timeline.
Data Management
- Maintain accurate and updated records of all prospect interactions and activities.
- Ensure data integrity and provide regular updates to the sales team regarding lead status and progress.
