help students achieve their academic goals. We are seeking dedicated Telecallers/Business Development Associates to enhance our
outreach.
Role Overview:
As a Business Development Associate at Champions Academy, you will play a crucial role in driving student enrollment by engaging
with potential and current students. Y our responsibilities will include lead generation, customer interaction, and collaboration with
internal teams to ensure an optimal customer experience.
Roles and Responsibilities:
As a Business Development Associate at Champions Academy, you will play a pivotal role in driving student enrollment and
achieving business growth. This role requires a proactive and strategic approach to lead generation, client relationship
management, and collaboration with sales and marketing teams. Y ou will also be involved in on-ground sales activities,
including field marketing and school visits.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Development:
- Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and achieve enrollment targets.
- Identify potential growth areas and opportunities within the market.
2. Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including students, parents, and educational institutions.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients and provide them with relevant information about the Academy's programs
and offerings.
- Engage with prospective clients through various communication channels such as phone calls, emails, and face-to-face
meetings.
3. Sales and Marketing:
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to enhance lead generation and conversion efforts.
- Participate in the development and execution of marketing campaigns designed to attract and convert leads.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies accordingly.
4. Performance Monitoring:
- Regularly monitor and track sales performance against set targets.
- Prepare and present performance reports to management to provide insights into sales activities and areas for
improvement.
- Implement necessary measures to optimize the sales process and improve conversion rates.
5. On-Ground Sales Activities:
- Engage in on-ground sales activities, including field marketing and school visits to promote Champions Academy's
programs.
- Travel as required to different locations for on-site sales engagements; travel allowance provided based on proof of
kilometers traveled.
- Represent the Academy at events, seminars, and other outreach initiatives to build brand awareness and generate leads.
6. Information Management:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions and engagements in the CRM system.
- Ensure that all information regarding leads, prospects, and clients is recorded for effective follow-up and data
management.
7. Customer Service:
- Address client queries and concerns promptly, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
- Provide empathetic and professional interactions to build long-term relationships with clients.
- Collect and act on feedback from clients to continuously improve services and offerings.
Target-Based Role:
1. 2. This role is target-based, with targets set at the start of each week.
The typical targets include generating 2 walk-ins per day and making 120 connected calls daily.

4. Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other departments to align strategies and enhance service delivery.
5. Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing market conditions and client requirements.
6. Time Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Compensation & Benefits:
Annual CTC: 2,00,000 (exclusive of performance-based incentives).
Salary Disbursement: 15th to 20th of the subsequent month.
Travel Allowance: 3 per kilometer for on-ground sales activities, reimbursed upon following procedures (sharing
live location and submitting proof of kilometers traveled).
Working Days:
- Tuesday to Sunday (Week off on Monday)
Notice Period:
A 90-day notice is required from either party for termination of employment.
