Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive, based in Gurugram. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating leads, managing client accounts, and maintaining strong client relationships through communication and follow-ups. The role requires collaboration with team members to develop effective growth strategies and provide optimal solutions to meet client needs.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in New Business Development and Lead Generation to identify opportunities and drive growth
  • Strong skills in Account Management and fostering lasting client relationships
  • Excellent Communication abilities to effectively interact with potential clients and team members
  • Solid understanding of business principles and market dynamics
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently and collaboratively
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
  • Prior experience in real estate or a related industry is a plus
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and MS Office Suite
