We are expanding our presence and looking to build anetwork of professionals who can help identify opportunities, build relationships and support project development process.

Key Responsibilities:

-Stay updated on upcoming construction and renovation projects.

-Facilitate introductions and initial discussions with potential clients.

-Support project development through coordination and communication.

-Collaborate with internal teams to deliver value to clients.

-Build and maintain relationships with architects, developers, consultants and project stakeholders.

-Identify potential interior / fit-out project opportunities.

Ideal Candidate:

-Strong local network in architecture, construction, interiors, or real estate sectors.

-Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

-Entrepreneurial mindset and proactive approach to business development.

-Ability to identify opportunities.

-Strong communication and negotiation skills.

-Proven experience in business development / sales.

-Self-driven mindset with a growth attitude.
