We're looking for a motivated Inside Sales Executive who can convert warm leads into customers and generate new opportunities through smart outreach and consultative selling.
Key Responsibilities
- Reach out to inbound and outbound leads via calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
- Understand client requirements and pitch suitable website design, development, and digital marketing services.
- Conduct online demos/presentations showcasing service offerings and previous work.
- Follow up with prospects consistently to close deals and meet monthly sales targets.
- Maintain and update the CRM with lead details, communication logs, and status.
- Collaborate with the marketing and project teams for smooth client onboarding.
- Identify cross-selling/up-selling opportunities in existing accounts.
- Track and report daily/weekly sales activities and performance metrics.
Requirements
- Proven experience (14 years) in inside sales, tele-sales, or business development preferably in a digital marketing or IT/web agency.
- Strong communication and persuasion skills (verbal + written).
- Good understanding of websites, SEO, PPC, and social media marketing concepts.
- Ability to explain technical services in simple business terms.
- Comfortable with lead management tools (HubSpot, Zoho, or similar CRMs).
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work independently.

Compensation
Salary Range: 25,000 40,000/month + Incentives (depending on experience and performance)
