Role Description

This is a full-time, hybrid role based in Ahmedabad for a Business Development Executive. The primary responsibilities include identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating leads, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth. The candidate will also perform account management duties by understanding client needs and delivering customized solutions. Collaborating with internal teams to achieve business goals and participating in business strategy discussions is also expected.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation to identify and secure growth opportunities
  • Proficiency in Account Management to understand and address client needs while ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Excellent Communication skills to effectively liaise with diverse clients and internal teams
  • Experience in Business strategies and processes, with a comprehensive understanding of the construction or building materials industry being an advantage
  • Ability to work independently with a results-driven mindset
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred
  • At least 4 years of experience in OnField Marketing and Client Management.
