Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Sales
- Identify and generate new business opportunities in Web, Mobile App and Enterprise IT Solutions domains.
- Develop and execute lead generation strategies through multiple channels LinkedIn, email campaigns, Upwork, references, and B2B platforms.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales pitches, proposals, and presentations tailored to client needs.
- Understand clients business goals and position company services to offer customized IT solutions.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closure, ensuring timely follow-up and conversion.
Client Relationship Management
- Build, maintain, and nurture long-term relationships with existing and new clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Delivery, Design, Development, and QA) to ensure client satisfaction and smooth project delivery.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client communications, escalations, and negotiations.
Market Research & Strategy
- Conduct market analysis to identify industry trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging technologies.
- Contribute to business strategy by sharing insights on client behavior, demand trends, and pricing models.
- Participate in tenders, RFPs, and contract negotiations for large enterprise opportunities.
Reporting & Performance Tracking
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions, pipeline status, and sales performance using CRM tools.
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports, highlighting lead progress, conversion ratios, and revenue forecasts.
- Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs consistently.
Key Skills & Competencies
- Proven experience (3+ years) in IT service sales, business development, or account management.
- Strong understanding of software development services, including Web, Mobile, Cloud, or Product Engineering.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build rapport with international clients.
- Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, or Salesforce) and lead generation platforms.
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work under minimal supervision.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and strategic thinking ability.
