Job Description

Customer Handling:

  • Identifying the opportunities and sending the commercial proposal to the customers for new orders.
  • Following-up with the existing customers for renewal orders.
  • Having price negotiation with the customers and distributors.

Follow-up with Purchase Team:

  • Forward the purchase order, pricing, OPS to the respective purchase team.
  • Monitor the purchase team to follow-up with the distributors for delivery. Following-up with the purchase team for billing of invoices to customers.
  • Coordinating with the support team for installation.
  • After installation follow-up with the customers for payment.

Product Training:

  • Attending product training at regular intervals.
  • Learning new products and technologies.
  • Completing monthly one product certification which is mandatory.

Meetings & Reporting to management:

  • Maintaining customers daily calls report.
  • Submission of weekly reports to the management.
  • Attending daily meeting with the sales manager and two weeks once with the Director Sales.

Other Responsibilities:

  • Helping the team when they are in field work for any case locks and other general commercial follow-ups.
  • Have to achieve the targets every quarter, in a year.
  • Any other work as requiredby management from time to time
