Job Title: Business Development Executive (Recruitment Staffing) – Remote/WFH

Job Summary:
We are looking for a result-driven Business Development Executive with experience in recruitment/staffing to drive client acquisition and revenue growth across Domestic (India) and APAC (Malaysia) markets. The ideal candidate should have strong networking skills, a proven track record in B2B sales, and the ability to close staffing deals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in recruitment/staffing.
- Acquire new clients for IT / Non-IT hiring mandates.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients across India and APAC regions.
- Understand client hiring needs and propose suitable staffing solutions.
- Negotiate contracts, commercials, and close deals.
- Work closely with the recruitment/delivery team to ensure timely closures.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly revenue and client acquisition targets.
- Maintain sales pipeline, MIS reports, and CRM updates.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in Business Development within a recruitment/staffing firm.
- Proven experience in Domestic (India) and/or APAC (Malaysia) markets.
- Strong understanding of recruitment lifecycle and staffing models.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup.
- Target-oriented mindset with a strong focus on closures.
