The candidate is expected to promote and sell the Training and Development services of Dale Carnegie to the corporate and academic institutions, using consultative selling.
Candidate Profile:
The ideal candidate is a motivated, organized, and creative individual who welcomes the challenges of acquiring and developing new business through sales efforts. You will build key customer relationships, identify business opportunities, and close business deals while maintaining an extensive knowledge of current market conditions.

Minimum Education
Experience
3-5 years of experience in sales of:
CTC Offered
INR 6-8 Lakhs (including 20% sales achievement based variables)
Role
As a business consultant, you will be responsible for the sales effort, achieving the revenue plan through acquisition of new accounts and farming of existing accounts across all industries. You will be responsible to position Dale Carnegie India / Walchand Plus as the preferred long-term learning solutions partner for all their training (soft skills, behavioral /vocational / domain / compliance) and digital / e-learning needs.
