Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and driven Business Development Executive who will support our growth initiatives by assisting in lead generation, client engagement, and conversion processes. This role offers hands-on exposure to sales, client interaction, and business strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate potential leads through various channels (calls, social media, references, etc.)
  • Conduct initial outreach and engage with prospective clients
  • Assist in scheduling and coordinating counseling/demo sessions
  • Support the team in follow-ups and conversion tracking
  • Maintain and update lead databases and CRM systems
  • Work closely with sales, counseling, and operations teams for smooth execution
  • Assist in market research and competitor analysis
  • Contribute to improving customer experience and engagement strategies
