We are seeking a detail-oriented, customer-focused Business Development Executive (Field Sales) to join our dynamic hospitality tech team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing hotel reservations through our online platforms, coordinating with hotel partners, and ensuring a seamless booking experience for guests. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering top-notch service in the travel and hospitality space.

Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive (Field Sales) to expand our client base in the hospitality sector. The role involves conducting on-field sales activities in your designated location, meeting potential clients, and driving sales conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and approach potential hotel and hospitality clients in the assigned territory.
  • Conduct on-site product presentations and demonstrations.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Achieve agreed sales targets within the given timelines.
  • Submit daily and weekly sales reports.
  • Collaborate with the internal team for smooth onboarding of clients.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Hospitality/Business preferred).
  • 12 years of field sales experience (hospitality tech or related industry preferred).
  • Freshers with strong communication skills and sales aptitude are welcome.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
  • Good interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
